Question 1

What is Centaur Video?

Accepted Answer

Centaur Video is AI-native software that helps you create content. We battle-test our workflows so you get the output shown in the templates without wrestling with prompts, and we accept any inputs — footage or none — to get your story out quickly.

Question 2

Are your videos AI generated?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. We call these Centaur Videos: edits and masking are done with the help of AI, but the content itself is real footage we have shot or licensed.

Question 3

How am I charged? Am I charged by model cost?

Accepted Answer

You are charged for the outcome — a finished video. We often rework a video internally multiple times to get it right, and we don't pass that burden to our customers.

Question 4

Do I need to be on camera? Do you use my voice?

Accepted Answer

Just once. We create assets from your face and voice that can be repurposed across all of our templates. Some full-portrait templates also need a full-body view.

Question 5

How do I create my first video?

Accepted Answer

Just sign up — your first video is only $20, a discount off our regular price.
